Ms. Gardiner has more than 17 years experience in Human Resources, including seven years with AnorMED Inc. as the director of human resources. In this role, Ms. Gardiner was a member of the AnorMED Executive Team, overseeing human resources strategies in support of corporate strategies including staffing plans, compensation design, employee relations, payroll, and benefits delivery, as well as training and organizational development.
Prior to joining AnorMED Ms. Gardiner spent nine years employed with MDS Metro Laboratories, including director of human resources. Ms. Gardiner holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Simon Fraser University and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a member of the BC Human Resources Management Association, as well as the BC Human Resources High Tech group.
