Delivery of this training program is multi-faceted and incorporates various strategies and formats to maximize the learning experience, which may include pre-readings, interactive workshops, case study discussions, online streaming media presentations and seminars.
The program is continuously evaluated using appropriate assessment strategies and feedback is sought from employers and trainees as to how well the program prepares trainees for a career in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries and beyond.
