Marlene has 20 years of experience in career development and corporate training as Career Coach, Trainer, Outplacement Consultant and Human Resources Manager. She has worked with the University of British Columbia since 2000 and is also the principle of her own career coaching and training firm, CAREER SOLUTIONS. She has worked with clients at mid to senior level positions in government, health care, financial services, advisory services and high-tech industries to gain greater career satisfaction as well as strategic coaching and training for managers to accelerate performance and promote well-functioning work environments. Her credentials include Master of Education -Educational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Handy Pornos Applied Arts - Business Administration. She also holds numerous training and coaching certifications and is a member of the BC Human Resources Management Association.
