11:45 Close With spring arriving you can celebrate and also help green your house simply by planting a garden and making a compost.  Spring is always a good time to begin a garden, and in addition to the freshest, most affordable vegetables you can find your garden can help reduce environmental damage caused by traditional farming methods.  Likewise using a compost only for food scraps, grass clippings, plant cuttings, simple paper products, and coffee grinds would greatly reduce the amount of waste coming from your house. With spring coming, it’s time to clean and go green!
